Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting sales representatives with tasks such as preparing quotes, project follow-up, filing, maintaining updates, etc. …
  • Various administrative tasks, including processing delivery slips, verifying purchase invoices, preparing sales invoices, …
  • Welcoming Customers/Suppliers
  • Helping to shape and structure ad hoc administrative needs 

Your profile:

  • Language skills: Dutch/French/English: very good; knowledge of German is a plus
  • You are detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and are a team player;
  • You think in terms of solutions and are flexible.
