Jef Cuypers, a civil engineer and road worker from Retie, turned to LMJ Construct for his Humbaur flatbed trailer.
Jef needs a vehicle to transport his excavators and other machinery to and from the various job sites. His new trailer has a payload capacity of 31.7 metric tons, features air suspension, and is equipped with hydraulic ramps.
The towing vehicle he uses for this trailer is a tractor; of course, this trailer can also be hitched to trucks.
Future-oriented investment
The Humbaur low-bed trailer (loading deck height of 0.90 m) is equipped with an axle weighing system that allows the driver to digitally read the trailer’s weight per axle, whether it is empty or loaded. This makes Jef’s investment future-proof as well, for when he expands his fleet. After all, the weighing system allows him to verify whether the axle load complies with regulations, enabling him to load all his machines correctly onto his trailer.
