At LMJ Construct, we love to work hard, but every now and then, there should also be time for relaxation. Our summer team-building event was the perfect opportunity for that.
On a beautiful summer day, we headed to Slipway in Kalmthout for a good dose of action. We raced the buggies along challenging courses, took sharp turns, navigated bumpy sections, and put our agility to the test. The atmosphere was great right from the start; there was plenty of laughter, and everyone enthusiastically took on the challenge.
After all that action, we made time for a cozy dinner. Enjoying each other’s company, catching up, and wrapping up the day in a relaxed atmosphere is just as much a part of it for us.
After all, you don’t build a strong team just in the workplace. We also believe it’s important to have fun and create wonderful memories outside of work. That makes working together so much more enjoyable every single day.
